We had a wonderful time at Shibam over the weekend great tasting organic authentic Yemeni Coffees and teas. Also Perlita and staff were very courteous and informative about what drinks to try! Also the relaxing music and atmosphere were nice.
The cinnamon draft latte was the best latte I’ve ever had. I absolutely love cinnamon, but most cinnamon lattes have very faint and weak flavor. This one at Shibam incorporated the flavor well and had an amazing vanilla cinnamon cold foam to top it off. My wife got the pistachio latte and the flavor was strong and perfect for every pistachio lover
