Chi-spot is the old No 1 Plus location.

I have no issues with the food or service but I massively dislike it when restaurants get you with small fees. Read the menu top carefully. They said u can get up to 4 flavors and charge $0.50/flavor.

Their servers should make that clear in case the customers didn’t read the menu carefully.

Let me start with this: I drove out to Richardson because of all the IG hype, and honestly—save your time and money. The videos are misleading and the experience didn’t match what’s being advertised.

Service was mid at best. The dumplings? Literally Bibigo frozen dumplings — should’ve known. I also noticed the table next to us never got checked on, and it took 45 minutes for my party to receive two Dr Peppers. By the time they arrived, the food was nearly finished.

As for the wings… absolutely not. For the price, I would’ve rather eaten cold 7/11 wings. I wish I could get my time back. You have been warned.

Difference between this location and the Dallas location, The Dallas location is small and has booth separation feels more intimate and welcoming. This location feels like a run of the mill fast food restaurant. Bring back the late night hours!

We arrived confused but left satisfied. This place used to be No. 1 Plus Chicken, and the old signage is gone, but the new signage isn’t up outside yet.

Overall it was good. Crunch on the chicken was great and the fry seasoning was good. They barely gave you any sauce and it's $2 for another tiny container of sauce. I feel like that's a cheap thing to skimp on. Kimchi fries tasted really great but I think they were very overpriced. The service was okay and I didn't mind the button. However you usually had to wait a little bit or they seem to confuse about who actually pressed the button but it wasn't busy so that part of it was fine. It's weird that they mention beer since there's only one draft beer but it was good. The ramen is really what made me drop a star. The broth and it was good but the vegetables were okay. The egg was hard boiled instead of soft-boiled which surprised me. The worst part was the noodles. They seemed like they were just instant cheap noodles... Like real ramen noodles aren't expensive and makes a huge difference. I mostly just regret ordering the ramen but nothing was wrong with it I just think I could have made it at home for a fraction of the cost. Overall I would say that if you're looking for fried chicken this is a good spot worth checking out. If you plan to order anything else, it may be worth looking into other options that fit what you want better.
