I just got popeyes, ordered a #3 combo with fries. Than i said i wanted an other order of fries. I got my combo n no extra fries. and charged me for the other side of fries.

Parking: Front and side not a whole lot of spaces.

I have been to this location 3 times & each time I experienced the same bad & rude service. I ordered mac & cheese and could tell by the appearance it was old. I returned it & asked for a different side. Which was given to me, but I was charged extra for the mac & cheese and when I requested a refund for the difference I was charged the drive thru worker sighed, refused to refund me & instead asked me if I wanted an apple instead. Apparently wanting my $1.00 was too much to ask. That was my 3rd visit here. The first time I visited this location I was in the drive thru & I asked for fresh food. After I paid I was told to pull forward to wait on my food. I pulled forward & sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes & no one still brought my food out. I pulled back around to the drive thru window & explained I had been sitting for 15 minutes. She rudely handed me my food & abruptly closed the window, without offering an apology. The women that work the drive thru window are extremely rude, lack basic customer service skills & do not have general human dignity.

I had an excellent experience at this Popeyes location, thanks to the amazing service from the team. There was a slight mix-up with my order, but the manager and her staff went above and beyond to make it right. The manager was incredibly apologetic and even offered a free 12-piece order to compensate for the mistake. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and committed to ensuring I left satisfied. Great customer service and delicious food—I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered 6 pc boneless wings and they were about the size of a quarter. Staff was offended when I gave back the wings and asked them to refund the cost for the wings. They stated they couldn't refund my money bcuz I ordered through the App.
I am disappointed in this Popeyes location.

If I could give zero stars I would the manger was very rude she had a customer infront of me after she finished with her she acted like I was not standing there then proceeded to count the to draws in front then the drive thru after standing there for 10 min she

This location is a hit or miss. Today, I went through the drive thru to purchase a five piece chicken meal. The pieces looked like they’ve been sitting for a while and overcooked. I also received a tiny wing, which isn’t a “piece” at all. I was at the same location maybe a couple weeks ago and the food was so fresh! Make sure you look at your food and ask for fresh chicken and decent sized pieces each time.

Fresh and hot but they gave me someone else’s order in the drive through. I came back around and they apologized, took back the wrong order, and gave me the right order. I had ordered and paid for 1 spicy breast but they ended up giving me a 2nd spicy breast in the box for free. Maybe a mistake, maybe an apology, hard to tell.

Food taste was good, We need to inform the people to make it wet with sauces but they are denying and demanding to pay more money but nothing was listed like that in the menu. Only Drive through is open till 11 PM, Lobby or pickup is allowed till 10PM only. Please plan accordingly
