THIS is THE BEST Popeye's location EVER!! The Assistant Manager is THE kindest! Maria is AMAZING and should be in management. If you want great service and exceptional food this spot is worth passing the location on Plano Rd & Walnut and making your way to Plano Rd @ Beltline. You WON'T REGRET IT!💯

You will need to babysit the drive-through, they're distracted at something REALLY funny on the other end. Charged me for an extra side for fun and then didn't even give me what I ordered.

We went through the drive thru to get the Freddy Fazbear boxes, which we were told they had no marinara sauce which comes with the meal. I also asked for Spicy strips and they handed us regular. I also only got 3 strips while my partner got 4 strips. We did get 2 single blackened ranches but during our order the drive thru employee had a bad attitude. I called them once I got home to tell the manager about our issue but the manager kept repeating and saying it would cost extra for marinara while talking over me repeatedly. She did not care to hear me and REFUSED to give me the number to corporate telling me to look it up online. She kept saying she would not talked to me once I got upset due to her talking over me constantly. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE.
