Great fried chicken! Worth a try and I will definitely return. Very crispy chicken exterior and moist in on the inside. Didn’t get the sauce simply enjoy the mild flavor of coater. Will pick up the heat for my next visit.

If you like spicy chicken, this place is for you. Great place to grab and go, and it's a fast service. Limited seating, maybe 10 seats total. Staff are efficient and friendly.
Love the comeback sauce.

Heard about this from a family member and tried it out today for the first time.

Ordered a 12-count chicken nugget w/ side of Mac and cheese & extra sauce. The chicken nuggets were tender meat and the breading wasn’t too hard and not too salty which made it taste AMAZING. Not a fan of the Mac and cheese . Overall, portions were adequate for the price I paid. Service is 10/10 - efficient & nice.

Service was great, the staff was really helpful and fast. The location itself isn’t very dine in friendly. The fried chicken was okay, we got some bone in spicy and it was oddly sweet? The chicken wings were nice and crispy, fries were also nice. Definitely something different.

5 stars for the Birds Nest. 🤤 chicken strips were delicious, staff is extremely friendly and gave great recommendations. Very busy little place but worth the wait. I usually love a small hole in the wall but for the amount of people waiting on orders and waiting to order, it was chaos. Seating is extremely limited but sharing tables with strangers is such a good experience. Heat levels on chicken are great, fries are crispy, special sauce is so good and combining all that with coleslaw??? PERFECTION. I can not wait to go back!

I ordered a quarter bird from Ricky's for lunch and it was a BIG disappointment. The fries were cold, I have to way for them to restock drink (Tea & Sprite) machine and the chicken was terrible. I shared the quarter bird with my sister, but she couldn't even eat the leg; She said it and an off taste. When I pulled the skin on the thigh, I moticed a strange color that made question whether it was undercooked, bruised or just spoiled.
IDK but I refuse to it eat it - I ended up throwing it away.
Now, I'm heading out to get lunch that I can actually eat.
Very Disappointed in Ricky's Hot Chicken (RICHARDSON location).

First time here and this place is wonderful. Workers are polite and friendly and food is delicious. Big portions and price is reasonable.

Ordered 2 meals. A Sando and 3 piece chicken strips, just for them to tell me after I had already paid that the Sando would have chicken strips rather than the chicken breast. Had to go through the hassle of refunding my whole meal. Who wants chicken strips on their Sando?

Honestly the best chicken I've ever had being from the milwaukee area. I've tried a lot of food as it's one of my hobbies and thing's I enjoy trying new things and this might have been the best food I've ever ate at any of the establishment's i've ever been to.
