I had a very disappointing experience at this hot pot restaurant.
They offer an all-you-can-eat option, but the value is extremely poor. The selection is quite limited, and many items require an additional charge, which defeats the purpose of an AYCE menu.
The beef slices were excessively fatty and barely edible. On top of that, many items listed on the menu were unavailable, and some dishes we ordered never arrived even after we finished our meal.
The sauce bar was also disappointing. Many of the condiments did not look fresh, which was not very appetizing.
I’ve eaten hot pot many times throughout the Dallas area, and this is by far the worst hot pot restaurant I’ve been to. I honestly can’t think of a worse one.
Save your money and avoid this place. For the amount we spent, we would have been much better off getting a bowl of pho somewhere else!

If you're looking for a place to celebrate a birthday, definitely check out Shoo Loong Kan in Richardson!
We mentioned it was a birthday dinner and the staff went above and beyond. They brought out the cutest mascot, helped us celebrate, and made the whole experience so much fun. We were all laughing and taking pictures the entire time.
The AYCE menu is a great deal, and honestly the quality hasn't changed at all. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Such a memorable night. We'll absolutely be coming back!

The staff is super nice and the service is excellent.
However, the food is not that great for a buffet. Compared to other hot pot buffets, the $36 price point doesn’t feel worth it. It used to be really good when they operated with their regular menu, but since switching to the buffet format, the quality seems to have gone down.
Giving 3 stars because the staff is friendly and the service is still very good.

Mr. Rain was so sweet and kind — he helped us choose the perfect menu with such patience. And the best part is that I finally learned from him how to use chopsticks… well enough to even eat rice with them.

Modern Chinese hotpot. I happened to dine in this original Chengdoo China Xiao Long Kan and it’s comparable.

Food was ok but when we drank all our water they did not even ask us if we wanted more and the atmosphere was good but the hot pot was so far away from everyone that we all had to stand to eat

Me and my boyfriend had a date here last night and it’s so pretty inside! The waiters were really sweet and informative, being that it was our first time at a hot pot. Everything was fresh and delicious.
