We drove up at 9:45pm and they were already closing. The sign on the door read OPEN closing at 10:30pm. The parking spaces in front of the store, including Handicap spaces, were completely iced over.

I visited this place for the very first time yesterday and it was also my last time here! As soon as I walked in, it was a super musty and funky mildew smell that hit my nose; at that moment I should’ve turned around and walked out. However, I intended to stay so my kids could enjoy a treat of frozen yogurt, in which no one came out to greet us or even let us know which yogurts were done & which ones weren’t. I tried to get some of the cheesecake yogurt but it was still in liquid form and wasn’t done.
Once me and my two sons finished choosing our yogurt and toppings, we sat down our cups on the weighing scale. A lady walked out & proceeded to tell me that my total was $38. I’ve never been charged that much ever at a frozen yogurt place in my life. She claimed that she gave me a discount of $10. I felt so racially discriminated against that I came so close to asking for the manager. I will be contacting the corporate office to let them know how me & my sons were treated at this establishment.

Bad Customer service! We were there sunday Nov 8th around 8pm we walked in place was empty no employees where seen until we were about to pay she came from the back. We were there for a few mins at the store served our yogurt and topping and as we were ready to pay the employee came from the back she never aknowledge us she didnt even say hi or thank you she just got our money and went to the back. we sit down to have our yogurt there we were a family of four. Music was loud an employee (she was wearing a hijab) came out of the office didnt say hi or anything she just passed by i asked her if she could lower the volume she didnt respond but she did lower the volume she was cleaning some tables than was laying down on the big white bench. This was our first time visiting the place we drove from carrollton and will be our lasttime it doesnt take anything to be nice the least a customer can get is a Hi and thank you.
