Portions seem to be quite a bit smaller not near as good as it used to be. Asked for and extra taco it wasn't added unfortunately we didn't figure that out until we got home. No more Taco Bell sick after eating still sick

They messed up my order last night. I spoke with the manager and she told me to come back the next day and the guy in the window told me it was nothing he could do about fixing my order. He didn’t even try. She even left a letter in the office and he still didn’t want to give me the food . He doesn’t have good customer service at all. Will not come back here!!

Ordered a combo online, came in and the main item was missing. Went into the app and selected "Contact Us" for them to do nothing about it. Called them, they said they would deliver it and never held up to their word.

I called and they told me the lobby was already closed when the store closes in 3 hours. Online it lets me order in store pick up til 11:30 so I know the worker was lying. It's only 10:50, it also says lobby closes at 12. Lazy workers?

Forcing people to use the kiosk. Would rather lie and lose a customer than take their order inside. Last time going to this place for sure. Apart from that it makes me wonder why the prices are spiking high. Maybe because they rather pay millions of dollars in technology than pay their employees. No wonder the service is bad. They should be paying to have their food taste more natural than a lb of spices and soy fillers.

I just made a trip to this Bell because I was craving a taco. I am not happy with the customer service I just recieved. Young rude male server refused to take my order and demanded that I use the germ infested kiosk to order. I ask him to take my order and again he refused. I will no longer be using this location. He told me good.
