On 12/4/25 I ordered the Damn Good Salad(DGS) without meat. On 12/5/25 I reported to the mgr., Cindy that I was food poisoned. She immediately took no accountability and was unempathetic stating, "Well no one else reported an issue." She proceeded with requesting I complete an "insurance claim form" regarding the incident as if she was insinuating I wasn't being truthful. The shrimp and grits is by far one of the best things I have ever eaten! Our server Lillian at the Fort Worth location was on point and amazing, kept the drinks full without to much hovering or bothering, was an absolute pleasure, I highly recommend not only the food, but ask to sit in Lillian’s section y’all will not be disappointed!
Let’s begin with this; I watched this place be built from the ground up. How wonderful this place was when it first opened. That’s how long I worked there. Then slowly but surely all their evil tendencies came to light. They started to have a targeted demographic, and cut down on the ones who didn’t fit it.
