As a vegetarian, I ordered the Tofu Teriyaki bowl. It came with an egg which some vegetarians eat (myself). It has brown rice and vegetables. I enjoyed the food. I don't understand why some people complain that the egg is tasteless. It tastes like egg to me that's been cooked well done. I enjoyed the food here. It's a bit expensive, but they give you a large portion size. Enough for two meals in fact if you are not an overly obese person. The tofu was of good quality. And there's a lot of it.

The staff is unprofessional and behaves like an alien. Went there to pick up a delivery. This crazy, adamant and overly paranoid woman was not handing me the delivery despite me confirming it on my phone. She was trying to dig into my phone and trying to get me the map open so I can show her the exact route to my destitation. Unbelievable attitude. I simply handed back the delivery to her and left.

The food is great, when they put all of it in the bag. I have ordered delivery several times, and almost every time, the sauce/curry is missing from my order.

Very little interaction with the employees but thatβs their business model. Ordered the pork belly bowl to go for my daughter & she liked it but didnβt care for the lettuce in the bowl. We will visit again & try other items & drinks. Also ordered the soft tofu soup & it was tasty!

We recently ordered from this restaurant and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The meat tasted old and bland, lacking any real flavor.
The kimchi was extremely unfavorable and not at all fresh.
The teriyaki chicken was dry and barely had any sauce, leaving it tasteless.
While the eggs looked decent at first, once we started eating, they were rubbery and inedible.
Overall, the quality of the food was unacceptable and far below expectations. We were very dissatisfied with this order and hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve freshness, flavor, and overall preparation.
The presentation and the portions are good but once you take that first bite it's really game over.

Food is good but service is bad. I order 2 bowls with fried rice and they gave one without it & when I told them I asked both of them fried rice they pretended I ordered white rice. They asked me to pay the extra 2 dollars which is okay but the way she asked me was not. Iβm okay with mistakes but what makes me angry is the gaslighting.

love the bowls here, but have had hit or miss experiences with the boba. Iβd recommend getting the combo of a bowl and a latte (mango is my favorite) for the most bang for your buck
The food is decent, bland but they offer you a self serve of sauces. The prices have risen as is understandable with inflation, but the website fails to update at all. The cheapest bowl is 10.70, and with the price being that high you'd assume better service from such a restaurant, but it is completely self serve. They call out your name and you need to grab your order & utensils yourself, which turns this 'restaurant' into more of a fast food joint. Except the prices don't match, with 10.70 being the minimum purchase of a bowl you would expect to be treated much better. The prices of the boba are similarly not listed on their site, and the combo deal of saving 2$ seems to be them wiping their ass and throwing the towel at you.
