Just stopped by to pick up a quick bite before our road trip on a Sunday at 12:45. There were only 3 people working and they were pretty busy. I was worried however, everything was SO good. My burger was amazing, fries were hot, and tenders were cooked perfectly! Those guys were busting their ass. Kudos to them!

Unfortunately this was a bad experience. Walked in tonight about 6:45pm. Walked up to place a order I saw one young man on the fries and another one walked right by me and did not acknowledge me. The same young man walked by me again and I said hi there is someone going to take my order. His reply was I am on break someone else will get you. I had to actually ask the guy on the fries is someone working the front cash register. He looked over at the drive through window and pointed yes they will be there in a minute. So when I first arrive there was only 2 cars in the driveway?? Needless to say no one took my order and I left. Why would I spend my money to pay someone salary who is rude and disrespectful to someone they dont know. Our younger generation are very different from the way I was raised. Now I do believe in karma so when something does not go your way young people at Wendy's on Beltline Rd in Richardson, Tx remember how you treat others. đ

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and it seemed they had been cooked for sometime. Definitely the worst decision on my part, no wonder the place looks as if were closed.

Very unprofessional, you pay all your money to gain points get to the store and canât use your points. Then the Manager black woman was told that the point system wasnât working. She just shrugged her shoulders like she didnât care. Didnât even try to help. This is like the fourth time this is happened at the same store.

Picked up orders through the drive through. Girl at the window had an attitude and had me wait at the speaker for over 5 minutes. Took a while but we had 2 orders of food. She hands me 2 small bags and I ask her if she's sure that's everything TWICE. She tells me everything is in the bag both times with tone. We had to go in to get our burgers for both meals cause they were forgotten. She had a lot of confidence for someone who forgot the main part of our meal.

Nelly I think wouldnât even tell me her name clearly on the phone i placed an order for pickup and im way across town and she wouldnât even try to help me and then hung up phone on me didnât even get info for order so they wouldnât waste food so TRASH customer service

Waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for a mobile order. Finally went inside and they were still cooking it. I was the only customer. They cooked the rest of my food and then cooked the last item. So the other food was cold. Never going back.
