Yumilicious Frozen Yogurt of Richardson

Too sweet for my taste. It barely tasted like yogurt and felt more like sugary ice cream. I was hoping for a more balanced, tangy yogurt flavor. Disappointing overall.

Too bad, they just mix sugar and flavor and call themselves fro yo shop! Would not recommend if you are truly a fro yo fan! If you want to have sugar with some yogurt go for it!

I went yesterday to eat some frozen yogurt and last night I, along with the people I went with, had very bad upset stomachs and digestive issues after. Still feeling sick the morning after, clearly there is something wrong with the yogurt or handling of it and this is very dangerous!!!

The fro-yo is good quality and so are the toppings, but according to the cashiers they don't let you sample because of COVID. Which is kind of ridiculous because how am I supposed to get the new flavors if I cant try them? Ruins the whole experience? I'll change the rating when they update the policy from what it was in 2021.

I’ve been to Yumilicious many times and I’ve even visited some of their other locations but I honestly still like this one the best. This shop is by far the cleanest I’ve ever been to. From the floors and display counters to the tables and chairs everything is neat and well kept. Even though they’ve been open for over 10 years the place is always busy which really shows how consistent their quality is. The fresh fruit and toppings are always fully stocked and look so inviting and the spoons are neatly organized in a convenient spot for customers. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly always smiling and happy to help you choose your flavors. Every visit feels like a well cared for experience and the yogurt is always fresh tasty and refreshing. I really really love this place and will definitely come back many times and I’ll be recommending it to friends and family too.

I’ve been coming here for years and this has been my favorite yogurt shop, but not anymore. TERRIBLE management. The manager was rude and disrespectful and refused to honor my $10 reward credit (photo shown of receipt below as proof.) He was claiming that I didn’t have any reward credit on my account but as clearly shown on my receipt, I do. He said that his system “isn’t wrong” and that I was incorrect despite explaining to him that I just chose not to use my $10 credit last time I came in, so my points started back at 0 and that’s why I currently have a $10 credit PLUS 42 points from my purchase today, as seen on the receipt. Either way, despite the proof clearly shown to him, this man had his employee tell me that he wanted to “speak with me on the phone” and tried chewing me out over the phone after I just purchased $16 in yogurt despite not letting me use my credit. He was rude, dismissive, got loud with me, and had an attitude. This is not a way to do business AT ALL. You’ve lost a loyal customer today instead of just admitting it was user error on your new employees part and giving me the credit I clearly had available to use. It’s not about the $10, it’s about the principle of cheating someone out of their reward and being so incredibly rude and dismissive to a paying customer. Save your money or go to a different location for owners that actually value their customers.

This yogurt has a nice balance of tangy and mild sweetness. It’s creamy without being heavy, and it doesn’t have an artificial aftertaste. Works well for breakfast or a light snack.

The young lady at the register was not paying attention to us when we were trying to pay. I asked a question but she was busy looking at some young men that were in there. Totally disregarded us. After we paid, the young men came to the counter and they were all playing around. Happened as others were paying as well. There was also a very off putting smell, not sure if it was some type of cleaner that was used. The frozen yogurt itself was delicious. Just need to work on the customer service.

One of our favorite spots to stop in on weekends. They always have new and exciting flavors of yogurt to taste 😋

We are visiting from San Diego; I've never been to a yogurt place that doesn't offer testers. Like, how am I supposed to know if I like the flavor? If I return to Dallas, I will not be coming here.
