I will no longer shop Kroger. They are real quick to take the money you owe them but don't like to give you the refund you are due. I shop online delivey because I don't have a car on 7/3 my order was totally messed up. I called spoke with Haley and thought everything was settled and would get my refund but 5 phone calls later and I still dont have my refund a have been told once again it hasnt been processed, they will send another email, there is no supervisor I can speak...read full review
Amazing staff go above and beyond for their customers!
Kroger offers a range of products, including fresh produce at reasonable prices. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. The app is also a helpful tool. The staff, including the gentlemen in produce and checkout assistants like Daisey, are friendly and helpful. The store also provides good customer service, with Matt going above and beyond to resolve an issue with an online order.
