Leaving this review because I could not get a hold of anybody through the phone. Hopefully manager will message me back and I can edit my review. We came through yesterday and we gave a simple order of a decaf Americano and a almond milk latte no dairy. They handed us an iced Americano and a sweetened drink. That was not an almond milk latte, so we give it back to them and they remade it all over again. They gave me the correct Americano this time and what seemed to be an almond milk latte from my daughter. After we left, she felt really sick because dairy makes her really sick. They had given her a regular iced latte and she felt sick for the rest of the day. They got the wrong order twice. Wish I could come in, but you guys are far from me and it would be nice if you guys could credit me my drinks that you got wrong. this can actually work out a lot worse for customers who have a severe dairy allergy, giving customers dairy milk when they asked for almond milk, specifically almond milk. Really disappointed. If one of you guys can reach out to me and fix this credit me for the drinks that would be great. I don’t wanna drive 35 minutes to have you fix this. It would’ve been nice if there was a number to reach you at.

I ordered a black coffee and it came like warm. Pretty bad. However, possibly the best coffee option in the area. Most options are sweet drinks. They only have one black coffee and it was a blend.

I was introduced to black rock when I was living in San Antonio so when I was moving here my home base told me of the various locations. So this morning went through the drive thru and the guy took my order which was a medium chiller and bagel. I pull up to the window and was told of the price and was like wow that’s a good deal. I know on Fridays over there they do $1 bagels with a medium or large drink. I’m handed my drink and she says thank you. I go I’m waiting on my food she proceeds to look at the screen oh they didn’t put it down but I can ring it up. It wasnt oh let me see what happened or ask who is on drive thru. I didn’t want to hold up the line because someone dropped the ball so I said don’t worry about it and drove off. Normally it’s good service and I have been there several other times so I mean y’all weren’t that busy yet. At least she did ask about ringing it up yet why order it through the drive thru?? 🤔

I go here almost every morning and the Matcha is amazing ! The girl that’s works there in the mornings is also so sweet ! ( she was working 9/14) Placing an online order is also very easy ! Also their bagels are amazing !! I drive 20 minutes for their coffee and matcha!
