I came here today on Thanksgiving and everybody there was so sweet and even though they were out of Mexican mocha, they made me something very similar and they made sure that it was good and then that I like it and I’ll definitely be coming back when I come back in town!

I was here Sunday afternoon around 12:40 PM on November 2nd. I went inside to order. There was an employee behind the counter wearing extremely short shorts. At first look you couldn't tell she was wearing shorts at all. Her shirt just barely covered her rear. The entire time my order was being taken I still couldn't see her shorts, just some of her shirt and her rear end. I was glad my husband was waiting in the car. The service was great as usual and the employees nice but please consider enforcing some kind of dress code.

I will be moving back to Ohio I will miss black rock coffee I wish I can bring it to Ohio but can’t afford to franchise. I love their ice shaken and the warm Atmosphere . I will definitely miss!

So I’ve been to this location many times and I’ve never had this happen to me before… on 9/29/25 I went through the drive thru and order my usual drink and used my $2 off. Lady at the window handed me my drink and that was it (no “have a nice day” or anything) so I didn’t think anything about it until the next day when I get charged more than what was my total. So I contacted customer support and they informed me that a $2 tip was added to my order WITHOUT my consent! Like WTH?! I usually get handed the iPad to give a tip (optional) and then sign but I didn’t that day because she didn’t hand it to me (which again, I didn’t think anything of it) little miss window girl took it upon herself to give herself a tip on my card and thought I wouldn’t notice… I hope she enjoys those $2‼️

They have the best ice shaken expresser 10/10. I recommend ice shaken with vanilla with vanilla cold foam !! Not too sweet perfect!

Egg burrito was so yummy, it comes with this green chili sauce in it that made it enjoyable. I didn’t even use the salsa I got on the side. The seasonal iced French toast latte with oat milk was really good too. It’s on the sweeter side if you like that.
