I experienced poor customer service today. I ordered and paid online for a pickup at this location. I was the second customer in line. There were two girls behind me. I walked up when the person in front of me had finished and walked away. As soon as I walked up, the cashier asked me, are you "XXXX" (someone's name). I said no I am not.
