Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff were unprofessional and more focused on joking around than helping customers. The employee taking my order barely spoke to me and was rude. When I asked for help checking a gift card that had never been used, he made an unnecessary joke instead of helping.

Portion sizes were unacceptable. I was given about half a scoop of chicken, and when I asked for extra, I was given basically one piece of meat. There was one kind employee, but she went off the clock before I was served.

Overall, bad service and a frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back.

My experience at this Chipotle was extremely disappointing. The staff working at the time were unprofessional and appeared more focused on joking around than helping customers. One employee taking my order barely spoke to me, didn’t acknowledge basic questions, and came off as very rude.

Before ordering, I asked if someone could help check the balance on a gift card that had never been used (I scratched it the same morning). Instead of helping, the employee made a joke implying there was no money on it, which was unnecessary and unprofessional.

There was a very kind and helpful woman working, but unfortunately she went off the clock before I was served.

When it came to my food, the portioning was unacceptable. I was given about half a scoop of chicken, and when I asked for extra (not even another full scoop), the employee added what was essentially a single piece of meat. That felt intentional and disrespectful.

Overall, the service was poor, the attitude was worse, and the experience was not worth the money. I would not recommend coming to this location.

i would devote my entire life and sacrifice everything i have to ensure that every employee here got a raise and achieve every single dream and aspiration they have in their life. 🥹 never ever have they disappointed even one bit with their service and i am beyond grateful everytime i come in and walk through those doors. thank you.

No complaints on the food but the girl working the register today (10:02PM on 12/2) was confidently and obnoxiously rude. Didn’t give a receipt so I can’t name her but as a consumer, I’d just like to say; she’s a bad look w/ horrible customer service skills, no capacity of how to read a room and just an all around disgusting vibe. Try to speak softer and less passive aggressive, your overfilled eyeliner says enough.

A heartfelt thank you to the manager, Luis! I ordered lunch online for my daughters' wonderful elementary teachers, but the pickup time was incorrect. I attempted to call the restaurant, but was redirected to the chat feature. In a hurry, I went to the store and explained the situation to the manager, emphasizing that the lunch was for teachers. He graciously agreed to remake the order and had it ready for pickup. Thank you and your team for helping me brighten the Friday of two amazing teachers.

I don’t know if it’s management or the workers, but coming here past 4 is not a good idea. It’s always overloaded with salt. It’s to the point where you really only taste salt. Sadly in the area this is the only chipotle i actively try to avoid
