Ordered inside and never received chips I paid.

What happened to this location...i used to eat here every week. Prices went up while the amount of meat went down...by ALOT. Felt like i was just eating vegetables with rice. Anyways they just lost a weekly customer. Goto Cava instead. Better food, more value and friendly staff

worst service ever. i had an online order issue and he told me to just talk to the ai robot. i explained to him that its not working and he said then he can’t do anything and didn’t care one bit about my situation. worst manager ever. i lost all my money i spent 30$ and never received my food.

Whenever I come to this location the customer service is terrible. There is an older lady that is really rude and usually I could care less as long as I get my food. But her attitude is horrible

If I could give this location 10 negative stars in customer service I would… I go to chipotle at least once a week sometimes two and every single time I go in I am dealing with the rudest employees no manners always have an attitude if I ask for some extra cheese and if I go through the chipotle lane, they’ll Slam the window in my face in the middle of me talking. It’s getting absolutely ridiculous.. I wish there was a way to speak to a manager over a phone, but they need to have a meeting with their employees on customer service because as of now their employees have absolutely none

Frequented this location, but no longer spending our money on old, bland food, and stale chips (almost everytime). Service from some of the night crew is horrible. The sweet tea is about the only thing that has consistently been good.

If you order here I think it’s best to go inside. I work in the area and decided to place an order on the app to go through the outside lane to pick it up. When I got there, my order wasn’t ready yet and she told me to “park around” and immediately closed the window without any other context. From my understanding, I’m thinking she meant to further up so other people in line could get their orders which is absolutely fine and that’s how most places work. I parked further up and waited 15 minutes for my food and ended up going back around. I was told that she meant to go all the way around again and that they don’t take out the food. I was sitting there for almost my entire lunch break. When we have to wait a little longer for our food, please be clear in what you want us as the customer to do to make it easier for you. The girl that I initially came in contact with was very short and rude. The other girls were very nice and polite when I asked what would be a better way to go about this process again if that should happen.

Always out of something. DO NOT GO. 5th time they don’t have something. Today it’s pico and corn, the time before that it was sour cream and cheese. Also a few staff members don’t give proper portions. Not worth it at this location. Staff should get award for being the worst chipotle staff in Texas.

Food is standard. Ordered a salad and they didn’t have any vinaigrette dressing. Not sure how that is possible. Employees didn’t care to fix the issue.

I go here at least twice a week. Food is always fresh.
