Chipotle Mexican Grill

Always out of something. DO NOT GO. 5th time they don’t have something. Today it’s pico and corn, the time before that it was sour cream and cheese. Also a few staff members don’t give proper portions. Not worth it at this location. Staff should get award for being the worst chipotle staff in Texas.

Food is standard. Ordered a salad and they didn’t have any vinaigrette dressing. Not sure how that is possible. Employees didn’t care to fix the issue.

I go here at least twice a week. Food is always fresh.

Avoid eating their chicken, whoever cooks their meats half fast cooks it cause 3 times I’ve got chicken and it’s always undercooked and cook some pieces were cooked and pink the seasoning throws off the chicken looking like it’s cooked, I got an order last week and got salmonella & food poisoning and been sick from my stomach for over a week. I tried to call nobody would answer. You need to hire people who can cook meats properly not get people sick, the beans are half cooked still hard solid and the chicken was cold and still needed more cook time, if this happens again I’m gonna get my lawyer involved for this food poisoning for my ER visit and antibiotics I been taking all week for it. I bought my meal around 5pm shouldn’t be no reason to have undercooked meats.

Why are the pieces of chicken so big raw and chewy like how hard is it to just cut it normally? Every time I go I spit out 90% of the meat🤮🤮🤮

I order Online by website 50 burrito I have order conformation in email and payment confirmation also but my order they forget to prepare also counter guys says we don’t have any order in system so I call chipotle help line number but not response after 30 minutes call connect and I get my order 1.30 hours late my gust almost left 😡😡😡

High cholesterol alert? Tryna kill me with sodium overload?? These saltyyyy chips couldn’t even be overpowered by the guac. You can literally see the salt molecules.

I've eaten at other chipotles and the food is good, at this one the food was salty and they didn't do anything about it when I told the workers.

Rude employees....I went today to have burrito bowl...there was hardly and meat in the container and the employee was scooping the empty container and when i told him are you out of the chicken and brisket he made face ...No chicken , No brisket. .and it was a lunch time.....Teenager really they don't have respect to anyone ....I prefer to drive 15 to 20 min but I will go to Stafford or Sugarland Branch ...BUT NOT AT RICHMOND BRANCH.... $30 for 2 bowl and this kind of customer service we get.....and not to mention everyone was busy with themselves.....

Not sure how they still have a food permit. They got ants all over the food service line.

I come to this Chipotle due to its convenient location. It is by far one of the worst run Chipotles I have been to. The staff is generally unfriendly and never smile. The food is often not fresh. The tables and floors are also quite dirty and don’t seem to be cleaned regularly. The staff also cannot answer basic questions about the menu and prices. I recommend driving a little bit further and going to a different location.
