Domino's Pizza in Richmond

“Just want to give a shout out to OV for outstanding customer service and for the lighthearted conversation. It's one thing to order a pizza from anywhere, it's another to have a good conversation with a few laughs while doing it. Keep up the good work y'all!“

“This is my go to Domino's they are about 8 minutes from home so It's no big deal to pick up the order and save a few bucks. I was irritated on the last trip because my nephew and I had separate orders and they both said ready so we get there and I get my order and my nephew says his name and they guy says it's not ready yet, 3 more minutes. So, I'm confused but I sit and wait, and I realize it's been over 3 minutes more like 10-15 minutes so I go up to the counter and inquire they say it's not ready and I show the phone where it says READY, and the guy tells me, that's not our store... I'm embarrassed because my nephew ordered at a different store, but pissed because the manager didn't pick up on the error. Like instead of just telling me it's not ready yet give us 3 minutes, say I don't see an order under that name and we have found out it was the wrong store and not have me sitting there waiting for and order that was never going to come because it was not even in your system. Other than that it's great.“
