“Don't know if the names on the Dominos tracker are legit, but I swear that anytime "Freddy" is making our pizzas they turn out great. It's become a game for the kids and me to wait for the tracker to pop up and see who's making our pizza. Whenever it's Freddy, we cheer. If it's anyone else, we boo. So, Freddy--whoever you are--you're the GOAT!“

“The crew on 8/5 at 7:00PM was absolutely phenomenal. Personally, I thought the pizzas I ordered tasted really good and the vibes inside the location especially because of the crew was refreshing to see. I will gladly come back and order again there so long as the crew doesn’t change.“

“I’ve had issues with 2 other Dominos locations the one on westheimer near Dairy Ashford was a constant problem with rude staff members, so I then went to the Briar Forest & Eldridge location which was okay a couple times until I got to look back where they’re making food & nobody where’s gloves, literally handles money & then our pizza, also for some reason found chunks of blue cheese in my pizza & I could not get any assistance nor did a manager with those locations call or email. So I visited this memorial location & a lady there answered any questions without any rush & she was really nice. The pizza was okay just wish it were fresher with more cheese. I will visit this location again“

“Nothing wrong with food or service, I had a funny interaction with the delivery driver.

If you’re gonna deliver pizza to a house, you should probably introduce yourself with “I’ve got a pizza for…” or “dominos pizza…” because my roommate bought a pizza last night and delivery driver asked “is Adam here?”.
I didn’t know he bought a pizza so it kinda freaked me out because I thought a stranger was asking to come inside.
Nothing wrong with this store, I just want them to say “pizza delivery for…” or “dominos pizza..” if they knock on your door late at night.“

“Placed my order at 5:57 and I got to the store by 6:07 and I was getting notified my order had come out of the over just then and boxed delivered with a smile too!! This service was amazing !!will be back to this location for sure in the future“

“Whoever made my pizza on 3-1-2026, ready on time at 11pm, did a superb job. This pizza tastes great. I usually order from papa John’s but tonight wanted to try a different place and I’m glad I did. “Every time I order from my local Domino’s on W. Alabama, my pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious when I get home. My order is usually ready for pickup withing 10 minutes of ordering. If I set to be delivered, It has never arrived past 25 minutes from when I submitted the order. The employees have the best customer service and take great care of us. Even when I’ve called and asked to have my pizza baked well done, or I forgot to customize something, they happily accommodate and I appreciate that. These guys are great and I hope their manager and most importantly the owner of this location, sees my review. You have a crew of Rockstars! Please pay them accordingly. 🍕😋❤“

“Wanted to give this review because I had a bad experience at the Humble location. Decided to try the Woodforest location and glad I did. Attaching a picture of both pizzas from each location. They have the same toppings. Woodforest knocked it out the park. Pizza was ready on time and hot fresh. They should go train the Humble store.“

“Due to an unfortunate family event, we were in need of a convenient meal. Online ordering platform and payment was seamless. Upon ordering our pizza we were sent a link to track our order. Pizza was delivered quickly, efficiently and accurate. In what seemed like a blink of an eye, we were alerted that our order was in route for delivery. We chose contactless delivery and entered detailed delivery instructions which were followed correctly. Pizza and parmesan bread bites were warm and delicious. Thank you to our local domino’s. Hopefully they’ll bring back the robot daily delivery soon and give it a nightly test.“

“I ordered at this location at about 4:15 on 7/25/2025. Not only was my food delivered very quickly, the food was also so hot and ingredients were fresh from the dough to the toppings. The customer service was also very friendly. I appreciate the service I received at this store today.“

I would recommend that the pickup window, which I LOVE, be used for orders that are ready for pickup. “This location is pretty chill and simply easy to order online in and out. Did I mention i don't even get out my vehicle with car side delivery. Don't believe what people say I have used this location for my pizza needs sense the day they opened and they have never messed up an order or treated poorly. Dominoes is mostly a online thing now not a sit down restraunt so maybe they are not the best in taking orders face to face. If u want sit down service where they treat you well and ask if u want more water go eat the restraunt that will charge you 100 dollars for a family of 4. “I tell you what this is the best pizza ever. Every time I order from this particular Domino’s the pizza is always very good. Everything is nicely made and everything is always organized. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager his name is Mr. Timmy and I congratulated him on their excellent work and very good food. The chocolate cakes are so good and warm. And every single delivery driver that has brought our food are very friendly and respectful. The driver that delivered to us today was named Houng he was very nice and on time. “I recently ordered pizza at this location earlier in the week. The pizza was decent and the associate behind the counter was pleasant and polite. Today, July 10, I was guided back to this location because my phone service was out and I was able to use the wifi to handle business as a consultant. I was respectful and considerate to park near the fence in front of the tailor store which is currently closed until July 14. This morning , associate and driver, Andrew, was very sweet and kind to check on me and make sure that I was alright. Andrew later brought me a water to make sure I was hydrated. I appreciated that very much! He was also a blessing to me sent by God to assist me with acquiring gas as I was waiting for money to be sent that did not come through and was very low on gas. However, there was an older, Caucasian male driver that was very rude and disrespectful towards me, making rude comments, gestures, giving evil eye and it was distasteful, unprosseional and unbecoming of him as not only a human being/adult but as an employee of domino's. He gave male Karen vibes with the look to match! He did not know who I was, but also I did not bother him in any way or disrupt anything that he had going on , so why say anything negative towards me? Why cause a problem or disturb someone else who is not bothering you? Even the owner of the tailor shop stopped by to assess his shop and did not disturb me, we even had a brief chat. To the rude driver, mind the business that pays you! Kindness is timeless and how you treat people always comes back to you good ot bad and compounded. To the other staff and crew, I see ya'll working diligently and respectfully no matter how busy it gets, thank you for being a good example.“

“I want to give a huge thank you to everyone at Dominions, especially Cynthia at the front counter.
My family and I were having an incredibly difficult day while our car was being repaired next door. We were hungry, stressed, and honestly didn’t know where our next meal was going to come from. Cynthia showed us such genuine kindness and compassion. I also have to mention that the pizza was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! I honestly never eat Domino’s, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be ordering it again.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean the restaurant was. I wasn’t sure what to expect because this location is near Aldine Bender and I-45, but the inside was spotless and well-maintained. The cleanliness, the great food, and most of all the exceptional customer service made a lasting impression on me.

The staff are very friendly and inviting... Respectful, warm, cordial, helpful, and professional.

I ordered carry out from this location twice and both times my orders were cooked to perfection, exactly as I ordered them.

My pizzas and cheesy bread were hot and delicious, my sodas were cold.

Nothing wrong with this dominos... Just great service, good vibes, and delicious food.“

“I have enjoyed pizza from here, a couple of times, and each time, the pizza has been delicious. The last time (Mon 4/8/24, between 3p-4p), I went to order in-person, and I was greeted by the lady making a pizza, then the young guy came and pleasantly took my order for a pan pizza. He then made it, and it was ready within the 10 or so minutes, and it was hot and cheesy and saucy, just like the previous time. Nice job, great service!“

“It’s not often I go out of my way to praise a pizza place. I worked for Domino’s when I was a young man and I always have high standards for quality pizza.

I have to say that it has been 20 years since I’ve had a pizza that looked and tasted as good as the pizza I got from my local Domino’s last night.

The crust was perfect, the toppings were evenly spread, the cheese and sauce were perfect. The pie was a beautiful perfectly cooked pie. My only regret was I didn’t take a picture of it before I took a bite.

“I order from this Domino's a least once a week. (Edit: its been a year since this review so thought id update it). Still order from here, more than a year ago. Still great food, fast delivery. Not perfect for sure, but out of 20 orders only 1 on average might get one that isn't super fresh and hot because they had some deliveries before mine. That's about it for problems. These guys are great and consistent. Foods really good.“
