I did a drive-thru pickup and my order wasn’t ready on arrival, which was fine. However, when I received my pizza, the employee sneezed immediately before handing it to me and did not pause to sanitize or change handling. This made me uncomfortable from a food-safety perspective. I don’t think there was any ill intent, but better hygiene practices and awareness would go a long way.
