When I arrived for pickup, my name was third on the tracker list. 30 minutes later I'm 6th on the list. Way too long to wait. Update: turns out my pizza was on the warming shelf. Even after I asked because the tracker list said it was being made. No one called my name or checked the receipt. Bottom line: I waited in the store for an hour and got horrible service. Just do away with the tracker list for the customer if it isn't accurate.
Workers are on top of it even when they’re busy! I was shocked to see how they handled a rush. Will be returning 👍
Pizza is fine, app doesn't work at this location if you're paying online. Need to pay at the store. Why? No clue, but it's been like this for almost a year now so no chance of it ever getting resolved it seems.
