We have been here twice and it has hit the spot both times. The birria omelette is delicious! So are the brisket eggs Benedict, pancakes and banana fosters French toast. Staff is amazing - super nice and accommodating. Interior is like a jazzed up diner! We love it!

I'm from New England and have lived in Texas for eight years. As of yet, my wife and I have not found a breakfast place that compared to New England breakfast until today. Early Bird Cafe has gotten our highest personal back home New England rating. The breakfast was outstanding and I have to say the blueberry pancakes were the best I have ever had. The staff and server were outstanding and atmosphere perfect. Please come to Fulshear. We need a good breakfast place.

We had an incredible breakfast at Early Bird Cafe today. I ordered the Early Bird Breakfast and had my eggs prepared Benedict style, which was a great choice—the eggs were poached perfectly and paired amazingly with their crispy beef bacon. My wife had the Hummingbird Omelet, which was packed with grilled chicken and topped with a fresh slice of avocado. Both of our meals were served with huge, fluffy biscuits and a side of well-seasoned breakfast potatoes. To drink, I had a caramel macchiato and my wife enjoyed a cinnamon coffee. While the coffees took a little bit of time to reach the table, the staff was extremely professional and proactive—they actually removed the drinks from our ticket to compensate for the wait without us even having to ask. It is rare to find a spot that takes that much pride in both their food and their hospitality. We will definitely be back!

I had breakfast at Early Bird cafe yesterday and ordered the Hummingbird Omelette with pepper jack cheese, avocado and grilled chicken and has browns on the side. We also ordered and Banana Foster French toast with candid pecans 10/10 to both items with the candid pecan french toast being my favorite. Will definitely come back again. Only 1 item to consider is the size of avocado on the hummingbird omelette and the grilled chicken filling which you can see in the picture was All what we got, I was charged $3 more when i requested an additional slice of avocado and the only little bit chicken was at the center of the omelette. Something, a place so vibrant and detailed should consider for its customers!

I have been here few times but one thing you guys need to work on is cleaning the tables with lysol or vinegar after each party leaves. The tables stink so I REALLY hope you guys can work on correcting this issue as I really enjoy comming here but always found tables to be stinking of egg smell or other sort of food.
Hopefully you read this and work with your team to correct the issue.

This was the first time visiting for me and the family. We were in the area, so we decided to dine in for a late brunch. Upon arrival, the parking lot was jam packed, not a single spot available. I'm not sure if that's normal, but we'll keep it in mind if we visit again. When we entered, we were immediately sat. Staff seemed friendly and the atmosphere was lively, alot of family's with children, so definitely a kid friendly restaurant. The service was good. Our waitress was nice, she greeted us quickly and answered all of questions. After ordering, the food arrived in a timely manner. The portions were big and the presentation was clean and neat as well. The portions were big! Everything was delicious. My wife couldn't finish her entreé and I had to Doggy Bag my pancakes, which is rare for me...LOL Our experience was a good one, I'm happy to say. However, I'm very aware and always take mental notes everywhere we eat. I appreciated that the tables were bussed and pre-bussed quickly, good thing. I also noticed that the tables with food on the floor weren't swept during bussing either, bad thing. There were a couple close to us like that. Also, the Server Station was in plain view of me, which is fine. However, it was a mess and very unorganized. Condiment bottles every where, as were wrappers of some sort and various utensils strewn about. The trash was overflowing as well. If you're Server Station is going to be visible, it needs to be kept in order. These are the reasons 4 ☆'s were given and not 5. Again, it was a pleasurable visit overall. Don't let my negatives detur you from eating here. If we're ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate at all to go back.
