We are regular First Watch goers but this was our first time at this location. Genuinely disappointed in the quality of food during our visit on 3/16 at 1:30pm. There was black hair cooked in my eggs in my skillet hash. I get the farmhouse skillet hash everytime I come to a First Watch, but this was not cooked the same. Barely any cheese and did not seem to be cooked the right way. I did not finish my food. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Brea was amazing. Very friendly and brought our food in a timely matter. She was very courageous and efficient. The food tasted great especially the tomato basil soup. We will definitely be back!
I went there to have an early breakfast with friends, it was around 8 a.m., and the waitress was super nice, I ordered the Morning Market Veg omelet, and we were 7 people in total, but the food took forever. I could say it was fairly busy, but not to the level of taking about 45 minutes to serve food.Generally speaking, it was a pleasant experience, and I would go again.

I waited 20 minutes before being helped by the hostess, all though I was there first.I'm not sure if it was because of a color barrier or not.The ethnic makeup of the servers and hostess does not reflect the community it's servicing.Also, all of the black people are seated in the front of the store beside a half wall as soon as you walk into the store on the right with a black waitress.I also paid for a LARGE pomegranate juice with no ice to go, but I received it in a very SMALL cup.I was told by the hostess and manager, "This is the size cup you receive with no ice, although it was a large."The restaurant is in a great location but it's starting to service and cater to a certain group of people and that's really not what's needed in this area.The owner needs to consider changing its staff to reflect the community, needs, and growth.
