“This is a really niche market. The owner knows his business and his demographics. Unfortunately, he will be shutting down in December because he just did get the support he needed. The location really is the problem. He has a very niche product in a spot where it is a niche group of people and the two do not match. The location needs to be in a spot where it is consistent with the type of food or where it can see a lot of traffic from all demographics.“
