Watermelon slush is very good. Great value and convenient drive through. Recommended.

Staff is so unkind. They were so rude to my child who is non verbal and was so excited to get ice cream. She was pointing to what she wanted enthusiastically and I looked over to see the two girls in the counter rolling their eyes and whispering. After paying I did tell them my daughter is on the autism spectrum and although she can’t speak, she can clearly see their actions towards her. I asked them to try and be kind to the next person who walks in with a disability. Next time I went, I asked for my drink to be 25% less sweet. I got my drink and it tasted sweeter than a double glazed donut. I asked to exchange it. I cannot drink drinks that are too sweet and that’s why I ordered mine less sweet. At first she said no I’d have to buy a different drink and then she went to ask her manager and she came back and said fine,she’ll make me a different one. She put the fruit jelly, ice, tea and to my horror she walked to the sink and filled the cup up with unfiltered tap water! Yep, water straight from the tap with a premixed tea for $8! I will never be going back here . I could have stayed and argued and asked for my money back but honestly I just wanted to spend a happy day with my kids. I took the drink and threw it away once we got home. I’ll warn all my friends, family, neighbors about going here! Business owners, please be careful who you put as the face to your business! Take sometime to train your staff. I gave this place a few tries and wanted to like it but I will not drink unfiltered tap water for $8! Plus being kind doesn’t cost anything…it’s better to spend your money where your appreciated!

We stopped here to get some tea and it was okay. They took a little longer than expected but overall okay

My daughter's favorite place to go; the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the food is always fresh! They have a punch card system for free drinks.

The box of curly fries and popcorn shrimp is 15 dollars. They did not give me any ketchup or sauce for the shrimp like i saw in the picture at drive through.

The drive through experience was horrendous. When i arrived there was a white suv infront of me and it was just us two. That car was waiting by the window already and after i finished giving my order, 5 minutes later they told them to pull forward so i can pay. That happens and after payment i didn’t get my food until 10 minutes later. The car that was infront me ended up driving away without getting their order. They honked at the store to let them know they’re gone.

I saw 5 faces working in the back while waiting and it felt like only 1 person was doing all the heavy lifting. Terribly inefficient drive through

It’s okay, I like their kimchi fries. Not too crazy about their drinks!

I have been going to Kravin for awhile. So much that I had a free drink to redeem. Yesterday was a bad experience and I encountered horrible customer service. My drink was not what I thought it was going to be and they refused to make another one without charging me. Please keep in mind I go regularly and was redeeming a free drink after 10 visits. I will no longer go to this place considering there are several in the area.

First time here and they couldn’t make what I wanted and the young lady was being very rushy:pushy in order for me to order something else. I just changed my mind on this location. Even though I heard better things about this location also they have ALL of there prices covered up! 🤔 I just didn’t get that vibe today! Oh well back to my norm!

Bad experience, a bunch of high school kids with no customer service. Really disappointing.

Half of the boba was stuck together. I couldn't even suck it through the straw.

The sunset drink tastes like floral perfume to me but I like their Kravin drinks series and mangonada. One of the handful of places with drivethru and while they say they been hiring, the staff is so fast, down to earth, and helpful! For in-store orders slow down a lil 💐
