Get a curbside order correct just once. Not one time in 2 years has Kroger been able to give me a correct pick up order. I've tried 4 different stores & every last one of them either give you rotten or moldy fruit or vegetables, 2 of something & charge you the extra, the wrong thing other than what you ordered, forget to load half your groceries in your car so you can make another trip or tell you they don't have your order, send you to a an out of the way store who really...read full review
I need HEB to get a deli that fries chicken so I don't have to deal with the incompetence of Kroger. Visited around 11:30am which is normal lunch time and the deli only had one prepackaged box of chicken and would not disassemble so we could purchase the pieces we wanted. I was told there were three boxes then once I involved the manager there was only one.
