The fajitas here are incredible!! Seriously the best fajitas I’ve ever had. The people here are great and I love their service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is a fajita lover.. they’re the best!!

First and last time going to this restaurant. I ordered the nachos mananitas to go. I should have checked my order. What I found when I got home was a joke!! I ordered a full order of the nachos, I got maybe 15 chips, that’s more than $1 per chip!! I wish I could post a picture to show exact what I got!!

We ordered breakfast to pickup from the Richmond location this morning. We’ve been coming for 20 years but this new manager has a horrible service attitude. We made the order online, paid and tipped. We get to the restaurant and they didn’t have the order for whatever reason. He was irritated and rolled his eyes, made the order and brought it out to our vehicle, without apologizing. Acting irritated and frustrated with having to help. I was seriously disappointed because we love the food.

Luis was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gave my fiancee and I great service. I will surely go back.

Family dined in and we ordered the Chicken Enchilada Blanca, chipotle beef fajita plate, and a kids beef quesadilla plate.

My girl was loving her enchiladas and piña colada, said both were on point. My fajitas were solid too, good portion and flavor. Kiddo crushed the beef quesadilla but didnt touch the rice and beans.

Chips and salsa were mid (not bad, not amazing) but the QUESO is a must try. Waiter was friendly and service was smooth. Left overs were taken home.

Overall, good spot. Only thing is it felt a little pricey for 2 adult plates and a kid plate, and the atmosphere was pretty basic, nothing that really stood out. But I’d come back again.

My 1st time visiting for lunch today and I absolutely will come here again! I had the Katy combo it was delicious with charo beans. Love the salsa seasoned perfectly.
I had one cheese enchilada,some beef fajita,beef taco and rice. The service was excellent! The staff was friendly and professional with a caring kind spirit! I give Las Mananitas an A+

Wow! I've been loving Mexican restaurants, my entire life and this one is my favorite, after having only eaten take out from there once! I had the trio enchiladas and it was the tastiest that I've had, maybe from anywhere! I'm not a small woman. It was amazing! I will definitely be going back, a lot!

Food was good but our waiter seemed he didn’t even want to be there. We asked about the margaritas and asked about the Mexican martini margarita and he just had a basic response it’s just tequila with no further explanation. The jalapeño margarita just normal margarita with jalapeños pieces didn’t really like it at all.

I met a group of people here for a birthday party. It was last minute ides so I don't believe the restaurant was given notice. No problem for them as they quickly worked to make a special area to accommodate. Actually, anything asked for they produced promptly and with a smile. There were children, and they made sure ALL were happy. Food was excellent and I tried a bit of everything. Fajitas with mushrooms were my fav though. So no problem with special orders. Really impressed with how they went out of their way to make it a fiesta for us. Prices are very reasonable too. As we left, one of the kids asked if they could have a party there too. ?Best recommendation ever!

The food was horrible and old. Missing tortillas for the fajitas. No cream or sauce given for the churros. The food was cold and old.
