I can definitely see why this location is at 3.4 stars. I should have looked before I went. The service was definitely poor. Joseline was rude, person that made the ice cream had poor communication. Customer service is simple. This location needs to do better!

horrible hospitality

I’m writing to express my disappointment with an experience I had at your Richmond location on May 5, 2025. I drove all the way from Stafford specifically to purchase your strawberry cookies despite the rude customer service at times, I come here just for the cookies. Which I’ve found are only consistently available at this location. Trust me I’ve looked at the surrounding locations around me and NONE of them have it. Unfortunately when I arrived minutes before your posted closing time—the store was already closed. The doors locked, floors mopped, and no explanation was posted. The female employee had headhphones on and saw me. She was cleaning out the ice cream section. Who knows how early she had already locked the door to start closing tasks. This was not only frustrating but also a waste of my time and gas. I hope you’ll address this issue with your staff and ensure that store hours are honored moving forward, so I don’t make the trip in vain again.

This Great American Cookies & Ice Cream at Aliana in Richmond, TX, is a fantastic spot for a sweet treat! The cookies are always fresh and delicious, and the ice cream is rich and creamy—the perfect combo. The store is clean and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. $40 for a squared cookie cake. Turned out perfect. Better to order in person than online. Lots of misunderstandings online.
Had marble slab ice cream inside. It was kind of melted and a bit overpriced. Also had a pecan chocolate cookie, that was delicious ?

Is it just me or their cookie cake got super thin? I ordered my son’s a circle cookie cake for his graduation and let me tell you, all our guest that know about their cookie cake all said that their cake got thinner. Alittle disappointed about it. Paid total of $42 and got a thin cake, wasn’t worth it at all.

Delicious selections and super friendly staff! Great place to get a fix for your sweet cravings! Love their chocolate cookies and oatmeal cookies, soooo good! Definitely worth checking out! They also have Marble Slab inside of here as well for your ice cream fix!
