The lady that works the drive-thru payment window in the mornings and lunchtime is very friendly and courteous. However, the same cannot be said for many of the rest. When pointing out that part of my order was entered incorrectly, the gentleman at the food window at first refused to correct it. It should have been a simple correction of a large order vs medium. I took my oldest cat to the vet, she’s not feeling well. On my way after dropping her off, I picked up my coffee at McDonald’s this morning. So impressed by the wonderful attitude and joy of both workers, the one who took my order and the other who delivered my order. They were genuinely pleasant, kind and thoughtful.
