Okay once again I have to start out by saying of course this is McDonald's. So it is not the standard of Perry's steakhouse. However this is currently the best McDonald's around. It has two kiosks one of which will accept change You can just pay with a big handful of change and it'll tell you how much you have. This is a great feature. This McDonald's is offering a new level of customer service with an employee helping you with the kiosk even bringing me up to the counter to allow me to purchase separately a senior coffee since this is not in the kiosk. After getting food this employee will come to your table and see if everything is okay and if you need anything even providing refills for the coffee. I really don't think they could have done anything any better I couldn't find any flaws. (Yes I realize this review was written completely with the AARP crowd in mind! No worries! Gen Z is not reading this review!)

There's always a line and significant wait.. this evening they told me to pull into curbside 1 which I did and then waited about 10 minutes for my food
Sat in drive through for 10 min never was helped with my online order. I pulled up to the window and took another 5 for someone to speak to me . Then was asked to wait another 10 min for them to get it ready. No one speaking at the drive through speaker . Don't recommend coming to this one you will be here at least 30min before getting help.
I ordered a coffee in the afternoon. And when I arrive they tell me that I must wait 10 minutes or come later. This is the second time it has happened in the afternoon.

I ask for well done 6 piece nuggets and they didn’t give me that in drive thru .. so I ask for fresh nuggets… they gave fresh nuggets but four pieces instead so when I went inside to let them know they gave me a four piece instead of six piece one of the workers Hispanic with glasses popped attitude saying we gave her her nuggets .. then I said you did but incorrect amount now may I get my six piece nuggets… the manager was nice and the two other employees.. but horrible customer service from that one chick and I’m taking my experience to cooperate how bout that … McDonald’s is a billion dollar company they need to be better aware of customers..
