I'm a very loyal Starbucks customer and my visit to this location this morning was terrible from start to finish. The employee outside taking the orders was impersonal and acted like she was annoyed with us ordering. Then when we get to the window the service was just terrible. The woman at the window didn't smile or have interaction with us even a little bit. I don't know what the deal is with this location but your people aren't happy there. Also, they were out of everything on the menu for food except pretty much 2 things [we were informed by employee outside taking orders that they have nothing in stock] so that was a bummer, as we couldn't order what we wanted. So we got our regular drinks and 2 breakfast items that were available.The coffees were TERRIBLE. They tasted completely burnt and both drinks are regular drinks we get all the time. Also, we ordered ventis and neither of them were close to full. I spent over $25 dollars on 2 awful drinks that we couldn't even get down. And they weren't full!I haven't had problems with other locations but this makes me not want to even bother, anymore.... bad service is one thing but the coffee being consistently good is something I count on and keeps me a regular customer. It was a total bust, today. Super disappointing.

Stopped in for water is quite hot day outside, Starbucks always takes care of its customers

Last time coming

Visited today and saw more playing and profanity used one of the baristas clearly while making my drink called the other a B****. Apologized like it was nothing. They look young so the fact that they are talking and acting like this in the work place I will find another Starbucks
