My first time here (I came to study) the lady who took my order clearly did not want to be there. At the end of my order I asked for cinnamon on top & she replied with “cinnamon powder or cinnamon dulce (mind you I never go to starbucks) so i asked the difference & she said “idk which one do you want” so I just said “never mind” & got my drink without it.I went back again today to study & give this place another chance. This time a young man took my order. I wanted to try the new lavender oatmilk matcha. I saw underneath it says “includes dairy” so i asked “what part of the drink had dairy” he responded “i don’t know it says oatmilk so” so i waiting to see if he would ask someone else but he did not. instead he looked at me & said “so do you want it or not?” LOL what? The customer service here sucks. Instead of studying here I just left. I won’t be back. You can tell they get paid hourly. zero customer service.

I went there to buy three lattes for my friends, but upon checking, I realized they were only filled halfway. I was completely disappointed, and it has left me with no intention of returning. Don't waste your time and regret going there!

Exasperatingly slow! It appears that they are understaffed or don't work efficiently because the simplest orders take a very long time. DO NOT BE IN A HURRY! The staff is all running to do the drive thru. Heaven help you if you don't drive thru or Mobil order. Walk ins... you know, the customers in front of your face!!

This Starbucks is lacking customer service and ensuring accuracy of orders, compared to any other stand alone location I’ve frequented. I had 3 separate orders and upon entering the store, the barista never asked my name while I stood waiting at the mobile order counter for approx. 7 minutes for 2 of my 3 drinks. It wasn’t until the young man asked for my name was I informed as to the status of my bakery items. Shortly thereafter, the young lady working the drive through recognized that one of my drinks was sitting at the drive through counter vs mobile pickup. When the barista finally finished my 3rd drink she just stood there looking like she didn’t know what to do next. She then proceeded to walk to the drive thru vs mobile pickup counter, until the young man told her the drink was mine. Happy to get my drink, I opened the lid to see it was filled with foam, which my order (see pics) clearly stated ’No’ Foam. I was so tired of waiting at this point that it wasn’t worth it to have her attempt to make another one.I’ve had other order issues at this location before but thought they were one offs. At this point it is clearly a training issue. Management at this location really needs to look at the low reviews and adjust the training accordingly to ensure accurate orders in a timely manner. Needless to say, l will never return to this location again. Make sure you check your order before you leave this location!

THIS LOCATION IS SUCK. They need to change the LEADER OF THE TEAM CUZ THE INTIRE TEAM IS WRONG. They always make bad coffee no matter what time of the day or whenever and very RUDE .I have been a loyal customer of Starbuck of over 20 years and every day pretty much going there and no location is bad like this one I go to HEB right there a few times a week but I have to go to the different STARBUCK to get my daily coffee after hundreds times trying at this location.

Location is convenient! Consistency is key!! Every time I come here I just hope my order is correct. Sometimes if it’s not busy, I can go back through and get them to correct it but on days when it’s busy you’re just hit. Very rarely is my order correct. And my order is not that complicated I do it through the app so it’s extremely precise and easy for them hopefully and without errors ordering over speaker. It’s just a cappuccino with white chocolate syrup but the thing is I’m not really a coffee drinker so I don’t like it super bitter and so I’ve had more times than not. I’ve had to throw it out because it was so bitter they just don’t pay attention or whoever maybe different baristas make it different But the sweetness is never the same. 30 min in line today just to throw it out. (Holiday business I’m suspecting but they are always short staffed. Management: do better

I have noticed this at multiple starbucks locations but they prioritize drive through to a ridiculous extent. I watched 15 cars pass through the drive through before getting a simple iced espresso with almond milk. The drive through line was super long and I thought I might as well go in- shouldn't take too long right? It wasn't super busy- maybe 3-5 people waiting inside. We all waited and waited but drive through gets complete priority even if they ordered after you. It's annoying, I have worked in the food service industry for years. Orders should be made in order or at least you attempt to do so. Prices are steadily rising for starbucks and It just is not worth it.
