I have tried to give this establishment my business several times and they continue to disappoint. I specifically tell them every time that our family has a dairy allergy and that we do not want any cheese on the burgers. Every single time they manage to put cheese on one or more of our burgers. I will not be returning and will be sharing my displeasure with whoever will listen. Get it together Wendy’s!

Poured a small amount of apple juice out of my kids cup to replace it with the HI-C and the manager yelled at me because she thought I was dumping coffee. It was extremely unprofessional.

POOR MANAGEMENT. I called and was very polite. I was about to place a door dash order, and a gentleman or lack there of answers the phone. I said Hello may I please speak to the manager? His response.. what is this regarding?? I said Oh it’s about a door dash order I am about to place.. his response I’m listening .. I sis dyes you can let the manager know that’s all it’s about.. his response I am the manager !! I said Oh you never stated that so I was no aware you were the manager my apologies.. his response.. well if I asked what it is regarding obviously I’m the manager. Woooow horrible service. I said well sometimes the regular crew will ask what is regarding to relay the message to the manager.. but you know what it’s okay. I just won’t proceed with my order. Thank you .. and I hung up. Wendy’s do better with who you hire. It is November 14, 2025 and the time I called was at 10:50pm he sounds Hispanic (not a surprise) usually pretty rude from my personal experience. Anyway Whataburger it is!!

last 2 times I’ve been here they’ve given me the wrong amount of nuggets. I paid for 20 and was only given 10 and last I ordered 50 and they gave me 40. So the workers don’t know how to count?

September 11, 2025 @ 4:06pm. The employee taking drive thru order yelled at me when I asked him to repeat what he said because I didn’t understand him. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, will never come here again or any other Wendy’s.

The first time we went there we had to wait more than 30mins. The Second time we went there they wouldn’t take cards and only cash.The third time in the same month there cash register wasn’t working so we couldn’t eat there at all.
