I went to get food snd the drive threw operator closed it on our turn than didnt tell us making us wait for 30 minutes

Terrible service. Iâve never had an harder time trying to spend my money. They Ignored me at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes. It took me asking âhello?â For a girl to respond in a very rude tone. âGive me a few minutes!â Mind you there was no one in the parking lot and only one car in front of me. I just left because they clearly didnât need my business.

Honestly, the only place I will ever drive to for Wendyâs. The fries are always hot. The food is always good and Iâm happy because they never put too much ice in my drink. Super good place workers are nice. They get my orders right.

I hate the fact that your app puts default to spicy on your nuggets. When I am on the go your app should not go to the least preference option.

Problems I face are:
"Fast food" taking forever, either dine in after you order taking almost 20 mins to get or drive thru you are put on hold but look around and only 1 car is around.
Another issue I face is missing stuff in my order.
I'm willing to change this review if wendys gets better.

I have been ordering from this location since they opened. Lately there has been a huge decline in friendly customer service. They donât greet you, say thank you, have a nice day or anything, even when you tell them thank you, they donât respond. There is one small framed young lady that is always friendly during day shift. During night shift, our order is always incorrect and we have to turn around and return to the store. Majority of the time the employees act as if they reluctantly want to take your order. So many times I have drove off, but Iâm disappointed because Wendyâs is my favorite place to eat. I am also a store manager in food service and I would never allow my employees to treat customers in this manner. I also once asked for the manager and complained about the way they were conducting their customer service and he slammed the drive thru window in my face as a response. If you have noticed a decline in sales I am sure this is the reason!! This should be fixed expeditiously.

Nothing I canât stand more than going to a place of business where the person doesnât acknowledge you just takes your card and gives you your food without a greeting nor a thank you! Just nothing! Itâs so rude ! Mexican guy today working window around 1pm ! Do better

This location is quickly going down. Arrived in drive thru and it took 3min to be recognized. Had a sign on the speaker "No carbonated drinks, sorry for any convenience". I tried to order my food absolutely no one on shift spoke fluent English. I had to drive around to the window to be understood barely. They even tried to charge extra for the only drink they had avail which was lemonade. Got home and they forgot items from one of my 2 purchased meals.
