Some of their workers are rude especially when it come to canceling your order, very unprofessional. This particular staff or lady was yelling at my mom and hanged on phone when my mom called to cancel her order few days ago. She later called back my mom to ask for order # , but still no apology. My advice to her is this, if you have a stressful day, take a break or leave. Toxic people are not supposed to work in a public environment.

Pick up online order and my order was incorrect
Call the store to let them know they offered to
Remake the order the lady on the phone had a nasty attitude.
When I arrived to pick my order again my order was still wrong, let the African American lady know and she tell me to Calm down.
Her customer service is the worse I will never return to this location.

She Will

Someone from corporate really needs to go in this location to reinforce policies. I shouldn’t have to come home and put my wings in the air fryer because they’re not done! I asked for extra seasoning on the fries and there’s none at all. There’s barely any lemon pepper seasoning in my wings.

I DoorDashed from this location. I noticed my fries were missing so I called the restaurant to let them know I wanted to come pick them up. After the automated Wingstop voiceover played, I heard the background noise of the restaurant briefly and was placed on hold. After I was on hold for a while, I decided to just drive up there. I am still on hold the entire trip up there and when I walk in, the female employee at the front was leaning against the counter on her cell phone with only one other guest in the store. I tell her my fries were missing from my door dash order and immediately tells me I have to bring my entire order up there to get my fries. I showed her my phone and that I was still on hold with her store and she immediately changed her mind about not making my fries and said she was going to have them made fresh. I sat on the bench visibly frustrated, but never did I raise my voice or curse at the employee who was being incredibly rude from the beginning. As soon as I did that, she laughed. 10 seconds later, I stand up after hearing chuckling and I see her laughing with the cooks in the back as she was pointing towards me. As soon as she looked back and saw me standing, she stopped laughing. I told them never mind, I can’t trust the food being prepared by then in fear they would mess with it. She YELLED at me to leave the store after she saw me upset like it was somehow MY fault all of this happened. Literally all I wanted were some fries I paid for. I even drove back up there after paying for delivery and tip for the driver.

I’ve been a restaurant manager for the last 15 years and in the food service industry for 25. I understand when people might be having a bad day or are struggling with their job. This was neither. This is an employee that simply does not want to work and does not want to help grow your sales and customer base in this kind of economy. Based on recent reviews, this doesn’t seem new. It’s going to be an extremely long time before I feel like I can trust wing stop again, and it certainly will not be this location.

Also after lodging my complaint on your website, no one bothered to reach out. I’m calling out the area manager for this location. Do better.
