“We had a wonderful dining experience! The flavors in every dish were perfectly balanced, and everything was fresh and delicious. The brisket was incredibly moist, tender, and full of flavor. The creamed corn was rich and delicious, and the sausage was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a relaxing outdoor seating area that made the meal even more enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!”

“Came to visit the family this weekend in Laredo and as always, looked at the small mom and pop places to eat at. I love bbq, love hamburgers too, and this place has both. My burger (Gorilla Burger) was on a huge grilled bun with thinly sliced grilled ham on top of a 6 inch patty. All the fixings were on it including melted cheese and grilled onions. The sauce they put on it was great. Fries were crispy and fresh, with some sprinklings of dry seasonings. Prices were good, servings large. Wife had the brisket sandwich which tasted good too.”

I highly recommend trying their coffee, especially my personal favorite, the UVI-Young Producer Program. “Dark Rock Coffee gives you a really unique take on coffee using bitters to add some flavoring! And of course the cowboy aesthetic is awesome. Id say my favorite has been brown sugar rattle snake coffee and the blue mule (mineral water refresher). It is outside in the breeze way of the outlets so the shade is good but anything to beat the heat!”

“Amazing restaurant with home comfort vibes. Tortilla chips were amazing I can tell they’re home made. The tortillas to the tacos also home made and amazing. The tacos are big and very reasonably priced. Over all good food and service. These kind of restaurants are usually the best compared to others.”

“This morning, my husband went to LosJacales to buy us breakfast tacos. Unfortunately, once again, they forgot to include the potato and chorizo taco in our order. That meant one of my family members was left without breakfast, and we had to go to TP to get them something to eat. My suggestion to Los Jacales: please double-check your takeout orders before sending them out. This has happened several times now, and it really affects the experience.”

“The worst experience ever, the lady answering the phone is very disrespectful especially when you talk to her in Spanish. Is so sad because she is basically the image of the business over the phone. I have to admit the food is really good but Mary the cashier is not doing her job as she suppose to be.”
