Okashi Sushi Bar & Seafood

I have been going to okashi for a while and for the most part it is very good, the food is delicious and the servers are very well trained in attending. The sad part is that today on Friday I went and ordered the yaki soba mixed and halfway through the meal I bit into something hard and once I saw what it was, it was a piece of plastic. The server had said it was part of the meat that is packaged and that the plastic came from there. It was very sad to see since I have loved eating there but I most likely will not be going back.

Service was okay. The lady didn’t check up on us as much and I was there waiting for like 30 minutes for her to walk over so I can get a box. Also THEY TAKE TIP WITHOUT TELLING YOU SO BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️ I only bought ONE roll and the total was $19 and the drink was like $2.50 which ig is fine but a $4 TIP is crazy. Disappointed won’t be coming back, mid ass sushi anyways.

Had a horrible experience. The waiter was nonexistent for most of the time and had someone else assist us mid service. I was given the wrong roll and wasn’t given a choice to reorder unless paid for both rolls. Also was more rice in the roll. 0/10!

Sushi is not the only item in their menu, they have a well rounded menu for those that dont like sushi. But dont sleep on their Tostadas de Ceviche they are good!!

You guys when i try in there for the first time and it was amazing the sushi is amazing like so freaking good ? 100/100 best place i ever had one of the waiters are so kind i Recommend to go to that place ? ✨️

Customer service was amazing. The miso was good. I ordered gyoza and the soy sauce it came with was painfully salty. The gyoza itself was crispy? I’ve never had it crispy and it threw me off but the actually meat was well seasoned and it tasted good. The gyoza has a weird flavor but I’m not sure why. Maybe it was too much ginger? Chicken and the beef was very dry. The sauces. The eel sauce was super runny. However the spicy mayo is the best spicy mayo I’ve ever had. Maybe it was an off day for the chef, but the service again was good.

Terrible. My husband ordered today and when he opened a box there was a long hair! DISGUSTING. I tried calling but the phone doesn’t workWear a hairnet please whoever works there ?
