Terrible service. Already precooked wings that they served me and they were cold, the “boneless” wings were chicharrones of chicken, no seasoning on the fries I had to ask for seasoning. No ice on the machine for the drinks.

Orders are never ready at the time they tell you they’ll be ready. Employees are always just playing around talking not paying attention to the customers they take over 10 minutes to help you out and assist you while you’re waiting . Employees are pushing each other in kitchen standing around not even preparing the orders. Fries are always hard cold and extra salty.

They need to have corporate come check this location out! Poor management, poor customer service and rude employees! No one answers the phone lines & apparently they’re online order times (16-21 minutes don’t apply to them as per Matthew Rios. He says they have no control over the online wait times since according to him all orders take 1 hour. Kinda weird how it’s only this location??? I need my refund you said you were gonna refund me Matthew, I cancelled my order since you said it was gonna take 1 hour and the (16-21 minutes) wasn’t accurate

Very bad customer service this is not my first or last we order they always have to mess up our order they need to pay more attention and making sure everybody’s orders are correct , there’s always one thing missing you call they give you credit for another time but honestly they need to start double checking customers orders to make sure they got their order correct very disappointing manager needs to step up and pay close attention to their employees…..
