Very disappointed with our takeout order. There were no napkins or silverware included, which was especially frustrating since we brought the food back to our hotel. Half of my order was incorrect, 4 out of my 8 chicken wings were given to me completely plain with no sauce at all. On top of that, the fries were cold and soggy.
Mistakes happen, but having multiple issues with one takeout order made the experience very disappointing. I expected much better.
