Heather's restaurant serves amazing breakfast and lunch dishes in a small-town atmosphere with 5-star service. It's a gem in Rio, offering excellent coffee, great atmosphere, and top-tier machaca with a choice of flour or corn tortillas. The kids' menu has plenty of options, and the restaurant is kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and has a free gravel parking lot. It is one of the favorite places to go. Heather's is a must-try and you will love it as well. The inside of the eatery is amazing and is very well decorated. The food is amazing good and the staff is always very nice. The restaurant is known for their great atmosphere and high quality coffee. The chicken fried chicken is one of the best and the sweet tea is on point. The service is excellent and the building is cute.
