We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“Been going to this restaurant since it opened and have never been disappointed in what I ordered. However tonight was totally different. Ordered a eggplant sub and it was awful. Won't do that again. My husband's meatball sub was not the greatest either.“

“My grandson was recently transported to cooks here in Fort Worth and we had to drive all the way from San Angelo to be with him, we ended up getting a hotel and saw Parton’s flashing lights and needed some dinner after a long day. The food was amazing so we ended up wanting to order another pizza and the cashier asked if we were from around here. I said no and explained our situation and why we were in town and she ended up giving us the pizza for free and was so kind and nice. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our family and friends! Oh yeah did I mention how amazing the pizza is? (;“

“I grew up in Grapevine so I've been going to Nizza Pizza for years, specifically the one in the Colleyville area.

I just started working in the area and I am so excited there's another Nizza Pizza close by. The pizza is so amazing and they have a seriously amazing lunch special (two LARGE slices and a drink for $7.50 after tax.)

Service is always fast and amazing, everyone is friendly.

“I took my family to eat here because I had a pleasant experience last time I went, which was about 10 years ago. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and the hostess took my name. I told her we preferred a booth (I have many reasons why we prefer booths, one of which is I have an anxiety disorder and find it difficult to eat when strangers can watch me). She said "no problem". When we sat down to wait, there were 3 booths open, nobody sitting in them. A few other parties came in after us, 2 of which were immediately seated (one of those just sidestepped the hostess & seated themselves) and one which were seated in the waiting area with us to wait. When the hostess said we could be seated, she said "sorry but there are no booths available" even though there were 2 open & empty, so we were seated at a table in an open area next to the bar. (There were no signs at the booths saying "reserved" or "private", either.) Immediately after we were seated, the OTHER party that came in after we did were seated in one of the open booths. The server tried to say they had a reservation, but I don't believe that, because if they actually had a reservation, why did they have to wait in the waiting area for 5-10 minutes, instead of being seated right away like the others who had a reservation? I think the truth is that they were friends of the hostess or somebody, and so they got preferential treatment. Neither I nor my family will ever bother trying this place again, and I am going to notify people on my social media to avoid this place as well. It's a shame because if we were treated well, we could've spent a lot of money in there as well as brought in more business. Oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“Saturday night, I placed a order online for a large magnifico pepperoni pizza. When I went to pick up my order, I was surprised to see only one person, cooking the food, answering phones and ringing up the orders. I was amazed. She told me the staff left at 10pm and she was running the store while her daughter did the deliveries until the store closed. She said her name was Lauren and she was the manager there. I couldn't be more impressed. Also, the pizza was delicious. Thank you Marco's! You have an amazing staff.“

I was skeptical at first, but I get it which is pepperoni or the Eugene Supremes become my favorite deep dish . “This was my first time eating here. I love the simplicity of the ordering style. Being able to pick your toppings as your pizza is being built in front of you is great. I chose the Panzana Pan crust. It was so light and crispy. This is hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I also love that they are all personal sized. You can also choose to get a smaller 7 inch pizza with a salad. Great crust, great sauce, great toppings. I highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful.“

“Me and my family was there to order food and we had to wait till some young man he was trying to clean something where you pick your your items that were going to go on your pizza and he was draining something I don't know what he was doing but I think it could have waited after we ordered our food but we had to wait Sandler and wait on him to clean something up up on the bottom of the the counter set the other employers were working with to service I feel like I was unprofessional going to clean up at night he had to drain something and if he had to drain it he should have told us he should have waited till after we ordered our food that's how I felt but everything else was good we usually have good service but this particular day the young ladies were good service it was just the young man was stopping them from doing their job“
