Y'all if you've never tried Jack's place in Roanoke Texas you must. I had no idea how awesome it truly is! Jack and Grill GET YOU SOME ITS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD AND THEY HAVE A MILLION BEERS ON TAP YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. While your there try the potato chip crusted pickles there ain't nothing like it and did I mention the ranch ooooh weeeee!

It's a tradition to go here after my Soccer Star granddaughter Anna's games on Saturday. Great family friendly environment! Excellent food, great up beat experience! 5 Star highly recommended!

11/8 two days later I've been contacted by management. Upgraded to 3 star for now.
I can tell the kitchen manager and GM haven't tasted their least favorite menu items in a while. I noticed a hands off approach to service in general. If the manager emails me and offers any resolution whatsoever I'll change this to at least a 4 star until I come back.
My experience in this industry is hard to match.

Have enjoyed business and casual lunches here for several years now. Today, Jaycee took care of my lunch mate and I perfectly. Their burger and fries were quite tasty and my usual blackened chicken salad with sesame vinaigrette always a steady choice.
"Different" The wings have a different flavor, the girl who served us! Will she be the owner? Very very kind, he earned the tip that we leave him, I don't get paid for this but "go" to eat wings Jack & Grill and really enjoy a "different" meal.
Alex was our waitress. Truly awesome in trying to do things the right way. If you're in, ask for her. You won't be disappointed.
