“These are the best ‘everyday donuts’ in the Waco area. Bakery Donut is family owned, community focused, and all around delicious. You can’t go wrong with any of their donut options, nor will you find a bad kolache. There is consistently a line for these donuts on the weekend, and it’s clear why.“

“I stopped here on my way to The Colony with my daughter's. It was a little busy when we went inside, but we were able to place our order fairly quick. We ordered jalepeno kolaches, apple fritters & some danishes. We received the order, went to our vehicle, and realized we didn't receive the kolaches, so we went through the drive-thru and ordered them. Again, we were able to order quickly & were on our way. The food was excellent, but the apple fritters were the best I've ever eaten. Will definitely return if I'm ever in the area. Gave service a 4 star rating since they forgot the kolaches when I ordered inside.“

“Very good. I went to a location closer to my house and the apple fritters were still on the dark side. Shipley's has such great kaloches, I love the ham and cheese. The donuts, everything is so good. The apple fritters are my absolute favorite. I eat Keto so when I go to Shipley's it is a treat and the past two times the apple fritters were not thick and moist inside and crunchy outside that I associate with this establishment. Whatever is changed in the fritters please change it back. Everything else is right on. The blueberry cake donuts are addicting.“
