I loved seeing the cook hand cut my ribeye. Not only that but I felt extremely welcomed to the establishment. Not only did the cook come out to see if my steak was cooked perfectly but the manager did as well. This is a gem of a place.

Apache Pass is a hidden treasure! There really is nothing else like an open fire cooked steak. Always cooked beautifully and great prices for as large of a steak as you get. There are not many choices, but if you're looking for a steakhouse, this is it. The egg rolls are also incredibly delicious if you want an appetizer. This place has the potential to be the go to steakhouse in that happy little area between Austin and College Station. But it isn’t there yet.

I made Mother’s Day reservations that got completely screwed up. We had to wait an additional 1.5 hours from when we scheduled.
