Wanted to try this, but smoke hit us in the face when we entered. Wife is severely asthmatic. And cannot be around smoke. Oh well that is a bummer really wanted to try it. This is why the one star

This was a "have a seat and a server will be with you" kind of place.
We took our seats, realized we didn't have menus and one of our party went to get menus.
Once we had reviewed the menu for around 10 minutes, we waited and chatted while we waited for a server to show up and greet us.
After about 10 minutes, we were never greeted or asked for our order/drinks, so we left.
I can't rate the food, it didn't look like anything particularly exciting. Service for us was nonexistent.
The restaurant did look clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, I think I would have enjoyed eating one of their burgers, but we never got the opportunity.

Where else can you go, ask for something NOT on the menu... and not only do you GET IT but it is the best in all of South Texas?!?! No where execpt PMCC!
