I had the poutine with Carne Guisada and an over easy egg on top. It was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. Rositas is my go to when we visit Rockport. My wife loves the Mexican Coffee on ice.
Do not order over easy eggs … I’ve tried 3 different times. I get over hard😝
If you like over easy eggs, you know that you look forward to that gooey, fun, yellow middle they haven’t given me a correct one yet.
Picadillo is the only consistent menu item.🙃

We had Huevos Rancheros, and they did not disappoint.
You do have to place your order at the counter before being seated.
