The breakfast here at Heirloom inside the Hilton Resort Rockwall was fresh and well-portioned, but Teresa made the morning wonderful for us. She was so warm and welcoming and gave us some great information about the special events and live music happening tonight and this weekend so we wouldn't miss anything. Thank you Teresa (Tere) and the rest of the staff, it was a great stay.

I recently dined at Heirloom Kitchen at the Hilton Hotel and wanted to share my experience. While I was disappointed with the fruit serving—some pieces were overly ripe, and one even had a spot of white mold —I do want to highlight the excellent service from your staff.
