“1 HOUR & still waiting! There are dozen people sitting here in the restaurant. a couple of them said they had been waiting there for over an 1.5 hours!!! I looked all through the stupid 5 Guys app, and there's no way to cancel your order, or I would! I would not even had made the order if I would have known when I checked-out on the app it was going to say a 30 minute wait, but in hindsight 30 minutes would have been great! 🙄 My particular Onalaska Five Guys has always been off, but the "buy one get one" for Cheeseburger Day is absolutely not worth it! As I'm sitting here typing this, lots of people have been walking in to order, but the staff had shut the register down before we even walked in at 7pm. The 4 staff looked to be to stressed out to even acknowledge those people standing at the register, So those customers all left. Just got done watching the cook attempting to make the burgers chew out a customer that had been waiting an hour he said. The guy walked up and asked the cook, how much longer, and the cook chewed him out by the cook, not cool! video attached. Update: Ordered at 7:05pm, it was 8:25pm, before our name was called/got food. unfortunately after all that, the burger was not cooked right, not seared, missing 2 toppings, and the bun was hard & burnt from sitting on the other grill the entiretytime we were in there! Never again....“
