Subway in Rockwall

“As a Subway lover I’d just like to say this is absolutely my favorite location hands down. The staff is always sweet and personable, they remember my order every time and never have a bad attitude, even when they are busy. Not to mention the price has me locked in compared to other locations. Yall have me as a consistent costumer thanks to your wonderful staff & price! I appreciate y’all!

“I always order via app, as it's very convenient and ensures my order is ready upon arrival. The staff at this Subway are always so friendly. The location is clean and has ample parking. Ingredients are always fresh and my subs are always made correctly. One time I did encounter my subs not being ready, and the manager was so sweet, she offered me a beverage while I waited. So their customer service is top notch.“

“I ordered a sandwich from the Subway inside Walmart it the bread was a little overcooked. I sent a message letting the owner know and she promptly reached out to apologize and offered a free sandwich anytime I came back. When I went back, the owner (Jessica) was the one who made the sandwich. This time the sandwich was excellent. Great customer service and making things right. Will definitely go to this Subway more often.“

“My favorite time to go to Subway is when Shiney is working. She is so helpful and nice. The meat and veggie counter is spotless. She never seems overwhelmed. I have visited many subways and I have to compliment her with an excellent experience any time she is working. She is the absolute best and she must be recognized. “
