“I actually eat here minimum 3 times a week I normally sit at the bar and receive good service. Thursday 5/8/25 was a little different. Still received good service from Ivan but there was another bartender that kept being obnoxious and rude, Geraldo who I have never seen. He was insistent on assisting me even though I told him I was being well attended. He tried to force me to let him assist me in a very rude fashion and with an attitude as big as Texas.“

“My wife and I tried out the Food Zone in Porter today. We had been wanting to try it out but had not made time to try one of these food trucks. As far as the Food Zone is concerned, I was happy to see how clean it was. The gem for me is El Rey de Las Tortas. I was very pleased with the selection to choose from. The place is neat and clean. The music was not loud and nice to hear. I like the TV screens for entertainment. I ate the torta La Aborazada. It was such a good torta. They pack it with meat and all the good stuff. I was so full I could not finish it. I like that it came with fries and a small cup of charro beans. I definitely recommend to try this place out. I will be going back and I will update this review as I try more options.“

I think NOT! just because the owners are cheap or just up your prices by at the max $1.00 so you can cover what the credit card companies charge you so your waitstaff who work for slave wages aren’t dunned for your lack of knowledge. “I visit this restaurant with my husband and I must say the restaurant was very clean and quiet. The lady who took our order was polite and nice. The price of the food was reasonable. I ordered the tacos and my husband ordered the Torta. The food was good and the green salsa was amazing! It was very hot which I love.“

“My husband and I went on a hunt for a good, not-too-expensive taco place after our usual go to place was closed (on a Friday, weird.) We stopped at several places and nearly every single one had mini tacos at $2 a pop!! Over priced, in my opinion. We finally ended our search at Taqueria Los Gallos.As the name suggests (and what i could see), the place is run by a kitchen of men. The wait was too long for the amount of food and amount of people ahead of us (one person.) Aside from that, the food was pretty good, the salsa flavorful and spicy, and the Horchata, unfortunately, watered down. The fajita meat on the torta and tacos was good but a little salty. Great place with a fun atmosphere!

“This is by far the best gas station in Texas and perhaps the United States! It’s a 30 mile round trip for us to go here but it’s 100% worth it! We were charged an automatic gratuity of 25%. I get it but it was a first for me from this location. Not sure if I'll be returning as it was right at $200 to eat out.“

It was not loud from the music to which their very culture screams festive and hardy. But, a wonderful aroma and all sort of things to see as you wait for the mouthwatering of whatever is ordered. It all smells go good, even our neighbors a couple of tables over. The amount of food you are served is well worth the cost. You may even have some left over for the next day! Check them out!“
