“I attended their Grand Opening on October 16, 2021. The wait in area was very neat and clean. My daughter and I ordered the Crab cake platter and for dessert the Stuffed Cheesecake. Those crab cakes melted in my mouth, and the sauce that come with it was a perfect match to this dish. Light buttery flakey crab!! YUUMMM. The dessert was so good. I loved how flavorful it was and hot. Please if you are in the Bellaire area you have to try them out. They care about people and want to make sure you are satisfied with all of the food. There are very few Chefs in this world that actually care about the quality of their food. You will not be dissapointed with Palate Fusion!!!“

“This place is a hidden gym. The food was amazing, they have some of the best menudo we have had. The staff was outstanding, very friendly and professional. The owner was amazing he came out and talked with us and then came back out to thank us. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back“
