Food is fresh and never have a long wait. Restrooms are always clean and tables are cleaned almost immediately after someone leaves. Servers are nice and professional. People have always been friendly and the store is always clean. If there is a miscommunication with an order, staff are quick to fix it. Front clerk was extremely helpful, kind, and informative. Food was amazing and the environment was clean. The manager was patient and polite, taking care of a wrong online order time and missing sauce on wings. Customer service is top tier. A few months ago the Wingstop was horrible, but the new manager has turned things around. Food is cooked exactly as ordered, well done so wings are more crispy, and nothing is missing. People definitely coming back.
