The employees always rely in the ordering kiosk for people to order so when you have cash they never pay attention to the register and are extremely slow to.help you.
Not a fan of the kiosk only ordering. Fries were cold. No self serve soda.
ONE STAR FOR THE TEAM. The other two stars are for the general manager, Mr. Manuel. He’s really great! However his team is lacking! My husband and I stop here occasionally for the Strawberry Watermelon refresher, as it’s a favorite of mine. Each time we come, or I ask my husband to grab one for me, they never fill the drink up or give more than 3 strawberries. Anytime I go to another McDonald’s, like the one near the Manvel HEB, I don’t have this problem!...read full review
